Easy on configuration, the software OptiMeß
is particularly suitable for 2 and 3 dimensional measurements. It supports measurement
of a tool inside an image and data processing of several cameras, as well as CNC
controlled camera positioning above a tool for high-density measurements with
precision up to m
m-range.
|
Example: Splicing plate measurement |
|
|
The splicing plate is defined by the two arcs of circles K1 and K2, the line elements L1 and L2, and the arcs B1 and B2.
|
After the definition of the starting point for CNC positioning, the two arcs of the circle are measured. |
Then a unit-specific coordinate system is defined by specifying the starting coordinates, in this case the center of drilling K1 and the direction of the X axis (which is the line through the centers of K1 and K2). By this free definition, the user is enabled to choose the coordinate system according to the requirements of the respective technical tool drawing. |
Through the C0 commands, all other objects can now be measured in their desired sequence. |
Using the protocol commands, all required measurement results can be inquired and compared with the original goal and the permissible tolerances. High-achievement computing functions have been develop for this purpose. The following table shows the resulting protocol for the aforementioned measurement program for a selected sample. |
